Refund policy

Please get in touch within 14 days of model being delivered if you have any issues. After this time, we may decline the right to refund and/or return. If you have any issues with your model, please email with proof (unboxing video, photos, etc). 


With regards to 3D prints:

Once the model is in your hands, it is your responsibility to ensure it's stored correctly. Bare prints should be kept out of of sunlight, if exposed to UV light/sunlight they can over-cure and become brittle. A simple coat of primer, paint, or UV blocking sealant will suffice if you want to display the model. 

While I stand by this resin formula and have provided a drop test video as proof of durability, if a model is dropped and lands just right, it can still break. Please handle your model with care!

 

We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping companies, or the loss of a model. Please still let us know if you have any issues or need help filing a claim with the shipping company for damages.

All sales are final. If your model arrives damaged, we will replace the model or refund you once the damaged model is back in our hands. Return shipping is covered by you, while shipping the replacement model to you is covered by us.

We are not responsible for customs duties/tax and will not lie about contents/package value on shipping forms.
