General STL Terms and Conditions

Applicable to all STL sales/commissions except where individual license terms override e.g physical copy.

By purchasing these files you agree to the following:

• All STL sales are final, I cannot offer refunds as I cannot verify if you have deleted the file or not. Please read through these policies thoroughly before purchasing any files.
• You will not redistribute these files for free or commercial use, or transfer ownership. This is a license to sell physical copies, not to sell the file itself.
• You cannot alter the digital file past decimation for smaller file size or scaling and hollowing for printing, however you're welcome to customize a physical print.
• You may not reproduce physical models that have been customized in any capacity (no scanning, no molding and casting, only OOAK is permitted)
• By purchasing this you agree to do your due diligence in cleaning and curing your prints correctly and will not supply customers with uncured/sticky/etc prints. You agree that you are not affiliated with Horns From Heaven/Alexandra Heaven and will not transfer the files to her.
• You understand and acknowledge that this is a digital file only, you will not receive a physical product.
• Credit to Leviathan Studio is appreciated and should be listed in the post description or as a credit-to watermark on photos, especially if listing unpainted copies for sale.
• You will not run my sculptures, files, or other digital or physical products or media through generative AI. This includes using AI to make my sculpts move or to create advertisement graphics.
• I will not copy another sculptors work, and if you want me to recreate an illustration, I require express written consent directly from the artist.
• Clarification: You may have a printing service print physical copies for you.
  
  
  

Exclusive commercial rights

You will receive a digital STL file ready for 3D printing with exclusive permission to sell physical copies (3D prints, cast resins)
Starting at $500.

• Model will not have an artist mark/signature by default, can be added on request.
• 50% of the cost is due up front, 50% within one week of completion. I will let you know when I'm close to finishing so you can be prepared, if you need more time please communicate. If I receive no response/payment within a week of completion, the deposit is considered forfeit and I hold the right to produce the sculpture myself or offer the STL for purchase.
• Once I get started on your sculpt, you'll receive images of a roughly blocked-in model to confirm pose/any major changes before I get sculpting. I will make 3 changes to the model for free, anything additional may incur extra costs - it's very helpful to me that you provide accurate, clear references.
• I am happy to add mane/tail variants for $50. These will be sculpted into the model and not interchangeable/removable, you will receive multiple files for the variants.
• I reserve the right to produce one physical copy for my own archives/portfolio.
• Please ensure you download and store the files safely once they've been sent, as I will delete the files from cloud storage after time to save space.
• It will take me between 2-8 weeks to complete a sculpt, though I generally work on the faster side.
  
  
  

Shared commercial rights

You will receive a digital STL file ready for 3D printing with permission to sell physical copies (3D prints, cast resins). You may not redistribute the file, but Leviathan Studio has the right to offer the file to others with commercial use or produce resins myself.
Starting at $200.

• Model will not have an artist mark/signature by default, can be added on request.
• 50% of the cost is due up front, 50% within one week of completion. I will let you know when I'm close to finishing so you can be prepared, if you need more time please communicate. If I receive no response/payment within a week of completion, the deposit is considered forfeit.

Physical copy of the sculpt

Typically used for portrait commissions. Leviathan Studio has the right to produce and sell physical copies of the sculpture, you will receive a physical copy for your own use (may not cast/reproduce). I can print up to Traditional scale. Starting at $250 includes 1 unpainted Traditional copy of the model, shipping extra. Happy to discuss painting your copy for an additional cost.

• Model will have an artist signature embedded in the hoof or under the belly.
• 50% of the cost is due up front, 50% within one week of completion. I will let you know when I'm close to finishing so you can be prepared, if you need more time please communicate. If I receive no response/payment within a week of completion, the deposit is considered forfeit and you will not be refunded, and I hold the right to continue sculpting and produce the model.
• Once I get started on your sculpt, you'll receive images of a roughly blocked-in model to confirm pose/any major changes before I get sculpting. I will make 3 changes to the model for free, anything additional may incur extra costs - it's very helpful to me that you provide accurate, clear references. Please look at my existing works for examples and understand that I'm not an expert, but will do my best to be accurate to any references given.
• This is for a physical copy, not a digital file.
• It will take me between 2-8 weeks to complete a sculpt, though I generally work on the faster side. Depending on my workload and prototyping, printing and shipping the model may take an additional 2-4 weeks.
• This is not an exclusive license; I have the rights to sell physical copies of the model.
• The model you receive will be unpainted 3D printed resin, cleaned and cured correctly, that may need more prep work to make it ready for paint.
• OPTIONAL: I may possibly be available to paint the model for you, wait times and availability vary but start at 3 months. I have slowed down on paintwork, so please be aware of this when inquiring.
  
  
  

Digital sculpting collaboration

I love sculpting manes and tails, and I'd love to help those that may want it. You retain all rights to your sculpt and I will not share the file with anyone, it and any quicksaves/backups will be deleted from my system when you're happy with the file.
Starting at $100.

• 50% of the cost is due up front, 50% within one week of completion. I will let you know when I'm close to finishing so you can be prepared, if you need more time please communicate. If I receive no response/payment within a week of completion, the deposit is considered forfeit and the file will be deleted from my system.
• Credit to Leviathan Studio for any work done is appreciated, especially if selling unpainted copies. If desired, I can send you my artist mark to stamp into the model alongside your own, but this is not required.
• Manes and tails generally take less than a week to complete, while additional sculpt work may take 2-8 weeks depending on what needs to be done.
• References are appreciated, but I'm also happy to work with the model and see where the vibes take me, so to speak. Also happy to provide multiple options to choose from.
• Once you have confirmed that the file is downloaded and stored safely, I will remove the file and any quicksaves/backups/etc from my system and any cloud storage. I will not provide the file to anyone else.
